Anana Phifer-Derilhomme is a wife and mother to 3 awesome boys. She has an extensive career in healthcare management and worked over 16 years as Healthcare Administrator. She has a gift to inspire and the knowledge to direct and develop in business.
Anana was nominated and awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2017. The PVSA is a premier volunteer awards program, encouraging citizens to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition.
In 2015, she received the Women of Distinction Award from the Zakee Bowser Foundation. This recognition celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments of women in Central New Jersey and abroad. Anana was honored and recognized for her outstanding achievement as a professional and a positive role model to encourage other women to excel.
Anana Phifer-Derilhomme has many years as a community volunteer; even as a teenager, she worked with her church in Prison Ministry and worked with the families and children of those incarcerated. She collected items and gifts for the children.
She truly enjoys seeing others reach their full potential in life. She has a passion for girls and woman especially those that lack the resources and support to fulfill their dreams and full potential. Anana considers herself a “blessed girl” with a purpose to help Inspire and Encourage others to fulfill their Dreams.
